Been using manuka honey for a year or so now as I find it helps boost my immune system. However, I recently started taking these chewable gummies and it's so mush easier than spooning honey out the jar 100% recommended.

These are life changing! I was surprised to see manuka honey as a chewable and especially with such high quality manuka. I've had jars of manuka honey in the past but this is so much cleaner! Been great for my energy levels and staying cold free. A must buy.
Another first class product.
I've been buying Starpowa for years now and recently subscribed so I knew their products work (and taste amazing)! No mess manuka!
As a mum of three teenagers, I've been buying mankuke honey to keep the colds at bay but the amount of mess the jars create meant I stopped buying it. From sticky jars to honey caked spoons left in the sink... no thanks. A friend recently told me there was a gummy version so I checked it out on the website and ordered a bottle. Between my husband, my kids and ma it was empty a week after arriving at my house! I've now subscribed to 3 bottles a month! xxx

Yes, infact we encourage it. you can take up to 10 gummies per day.
How long can you take the gummies for and can you take more than one product?
You can take our delicious gummies for as long as you like! You can take up to 10 StarPowa gummies per day of different products, but try to spread them out through the day if possible. If you become pregnant, start breastfeeding, start taking prescription medication or are under any medical supervision you will need to consult your GP or doctor prior to taking any supplements.
How many calories in each gummy?
Each gummy contains less than 10 calories.
How much sugar is in each gummy?
We are not like your regular gummy filled with lots of sugar and gelatine. Each Ouka gummy contains less than 2 grams of sugar. Manuka Honey contains natural occuring sugars.
