How do I login to my account to manage my subscription?
Click/tap 'account' in the menu bar and enter your login details. If you have subscribed to Starpowa you will need to create an account using the email address you submitted at the time of purchase. This will give you access to manage your subscription.
Will the price always be the same?
No. The price you got at the time you set up the subscription is locked in for the duration of the subscription.
Do subscriptions come with free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on subscriptions. However, you need to add three bottles or more (of the same or different products) to qualify.
Can you cancel whenever you like?
Yes. This is a no strings, no commitment subscription, You can cancel whenever suits you.
How do I add another product to my existing subscription?
Click/tap 'account' in the menu bar and enter your login details (see 'How do I login to my account to manage my subscription?' if you are having trouble logging in). Once you are in click/tap on 'Subscriptions' within the account menu, then click/tap on the 'Add a product' button, then simply select the products you'd like to add.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click/tap 'account' in the menu bar and enter your login details (see 'How do I login to my account to manage my subscription?' if you are having trouble logging in). Once you are in click/tap on 'Subscriptions' within the account menu, then click/tap on the active subscription that you'd like to cancel, scroll to the bottom of the page and click/tap on 'cancel subscription'.
