I'm not one to write reviews, however I've been struggling hugely with low mood, especially around the time of the month, PMS has been crazy. I took these for around 2 months and felt a huge difference, especially in my moods. I’ve been taking these for about 7 weeks now, and the difference is amazing! I have been suffering from very bad breast and knee pains a week or two before my period, and these have saved me not only from the pain, but also from acne issues and very bad night sweating. Would be a week before my period I would sweat during night insanely, would have to get up during the night and change my whole bedding, and I am not kidding, literally sweating like in a sauna. I was waking up every night during the second half of my cycle…every night!! I had restless legs which I was using magnesium spray for and was getting really down because I was so tired. My mood had become a little unstable having bouts of low mood. I’ve been taking these gummies for two months now and can’t believe how they have improved my hormone balance. I no longer wake up in the night and haven’t needed to use magnesium spray for my restless legs. I started having irregular bleeding after a miscarriage and saw many doctors no one could figure out what was going on and why I was bleeding.
